This review is from: yogitoes® SKIDLESS® Mat Size Yoga Towel + matching headband + activator mister (random color) combo

I purchased this package which included three things: a white yogitoes skidless mat-size towel (works fine!), a white headband (not from Yogitoes) and a small pen-size mister/sprayer (also not Yogitoes). The towel is great, but I'd skip the other two. When I do this again (I think I'd like a second towel because I use it 4 times a week), I will not purchase this package. I'll pay less money and only purchase the Yogitoes towel (which is the only thing I found to be useful in this package).I would have given the towel 5 stars, but since this was a package with two of the three items being useless, I rate this package as three stars (cause at least you get the towel!). More detail to follow if you're interested in what I noticed and didn't like about the two accessories. The headband is NOT like the black one which I ordered from Yogitoes (via Amazon). The black one cost close to $8, but it is double thickness (even at that, it's very thin and not at all bulky). However, the white headband which came with this set is only a single layer of material which is not finished on the edges (I haven't had it long enough to know if that'll be a problem or not). However, the edges curl and what USED to be a 4 inch wide headband, turns out to be about 2 1/2 inches wide, so it doesn't hold my hair very well. I could have just as easily (and probably less expensively) purchased a headband at the local store which would have been just the same!In terms of the water sprayer/mister: I thought it was a great idea until I took it with me to yoga class to use with my new white skidless towel. I found it to be useless for the purpose intended. After a few sprays, I realized that not very much water comes out (after all...it's only a mister!). I read that these are supposed to help you from slipping on the towel...but I found it to be a waste of time. So, instead of using the activator/mister, I poured directly onto my towel a small amount (say about 1/4 to 1/2 cup) of water from my water bottle that I normally drink from. I did this on each of the four spots where my hands and feet normally are touching the mat (say in down-dog)...and this helped my skin from sliding on the towel. Plus, it's slightly cool where the water is, which is GREAT during the hot yoga sessions! The towel itself has small silicone nibs protruding from it on the underside so that it does not slip at all on the mat. I love it like this!
